工作质量是产品质量的根本保障,为贯彻质量准则,我们员工必须天天保持以下工作质量:
Work quality is the fundamental guarantee of product quality. In order to implement the quality standards, our employees must maintain the following work quality every day:
1 每一工序、每一部件、每一文件、每一言行的品质必须至少保证让下序和客户都满意。
The quality of each process, every part, every file, every word and deed must at least guarantee the satisfaction of the next order and the customer.
2 主动参与我们产品性能和生产流程的持续改进。
Actively participate in continuous improvement of our product performance and production processes.
3 从不回避错误,及时纠正错误,并主动采取避免错误再次发生的有效措施。
Never avoid mistakes, correct mistakes in time, and take effective measures to prevent mistakes from happening again.
4 毫无保留地提出任何有益于质量提高的建议和批评,并督促和追踪相关部门及时采纳、直至改进完毕。
Unreservedly put forward any suggestions and criticisms that are conducive to quality improvement, and urge and follow up relevant departments to adopt them in time until the improvement.
5 工作规范有序,并始终保持本岗位的清洁卫生。
Orderly work, and always keep the position clean.
